Biryani Information in English .
The word biryani is derived from the persian word "biryan " which means (Fried and Roasted) .Biryan is a dish made from rice (usally Basmati) with various spices,meat,fish fish and vegetables.
Biryani is a popular among South Asian immigrants in Arab countries and western countries besides South Asia.There are many local varieties of this food,which very according to food production or need of the region.
Biryan is very popular in pakistan and has many regional recipes in pakistan .The ingredients and spices that are added to biryani can be more or less depending on a specific recipes .
However,the commonly added ingredients include rice,ghee,nutmeg,cumin,chillies,cloves,cinnamon,curry leaves/spicy leaves,coriander ,mint,ginger,garlic and onion.Aport from this saffron is also added.Along with rice as main ingredient, lamb,goat,beef or chicken, fish can be also added .
Biryani is usually served with curd,raita,chutney and other similar items.

Synthesis:
Wash and soak the rice well and also wash the chicken well. Add cumin ,coriander powder,biryani spice , ginger
powder,garlic powder to curd and mix .Then put the chicken in it and keep it for half an hour.Now take a vessel in which biryani is to be made , add ghee and let it heat , then add onion and fry it. Now put it in the pot(in which we are making biryani ) and stir it for five minutes .Then after that add tomatoes, ginger, garlic , green chillies salt and add a cup of water.After roasting the spices , add four glasses of water. When the water gets hot , check the salt if it is less then add it . Now add the rice . And when all there is a little moisture left in the rice . When all the water is gone and there is a little moisture left. Put it on low heat and after ten minutes our biryani is ready.
Serve biryani hot whit raita and salad.
